If you are not currently registered and wish to join St. Peter Parish, or if you have changed your address and/or phone number, etc., please download this form and place it in the Sunday collection basket or mail to St. Peter Church, 6161 Chambersburg Road, Huber Heights, OH 45424.  You can also register in the Parish Administration Office or after any Mass on the weekends in the Sacristy.

R.C.I.A. - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

The R.C.I.A. is a process for welcoming new members into the Roman Catholic Church, for Catholics to gain an adult perspective of their faith and for those who are interested in learning more about the Catholic Church.  Please contact the Religious Education Office at 237-3516 for more information.
