Boy Scouts
The parish sponsors Boy Scout Troop #169. It accepts boys from eleven to eighteen years of age. The program is recognized as a youth ministry teaching the boys about their duty to God, citizenship, values, and equips them with skills to prepare them to enter the adult world. Aside from outdoor activities such as canoeing, camping and backpacking, the boys are involved in many service projects throughout the community. During the parish festival, the scouts have been in charge of the Corn Booth. The scouts provide service to other parish activities as well including the Giving Tree, Christmas Bazaar, and Oktoberfest. Contact Merritt Colton at 237-3124.
